For Primary Schools (6 – 10 years)

The "field foxes", the schoolchildren, learn everything about the path of the grain from the field to the bread. The way of the grain from the field to the bread. They learn about the importance of crafts and guilds. And they experience at several hands-on stations, among other things, how to distinguish grain varieties and how to grind them into flour using their own physical strength.
