Families
The PANEUM offers guided tours for the whole family. Adults and children of all ages can experience the fascinating history of bread. The young visitors are involved in the tour right from the start and are able to discover new aspects and interesting facts about bread. Why did people need a grain sickle? What do grain mummies have to do with bread? How is a pretzel formed? These and many other questions are the focus of the interactive family tour, which is aimed at 6 to 10-year-olds in particular. In a “treasure hunt” through the PANEUM, children explore the collection and become familiar with the architecture in a playful way while listening to exciting stories. At the end of the tour, little ones can try their craftsmanship at shaping bread rolls.
Families can experience the PANEUM during opening hours in booked tours or with an audio guide.
