Miniature Jug
The purple inventory mark KHC stands for "Königliche Hof-Conditorei".
It adorns the underside of a miniature pitcher made for the royal court under "August the Strong" by the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory. The jug was designed in the Japanese Kakiemon style and shows an iron red and gold painted dragon. On display as "Object of the Month" at the PANEUM until the end of February.
